Terms of Service

These Terms govern the services provided by MIDAS GROWTH LLC ("Midas Growth", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. By purchasing or using our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

We provide digital marketing services, including paid traffic management, funnel architecture, direct response copywriting and growth consulting. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or service agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

All fees are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD). Monthly services are billed in advance. Project-based services are billed according to the schedule in the proposal. Media spend (the budget paid to advertising platforms) is separate from our fees and is not included unless expressly stated in writing.

The Client is responsible for providing timely access to necessary accounts, assets and approvals, and for ensuring that all products, offers and claims promoted through our services comply with applicable law and the policies of the relevant advertising platforms.

Deliverables created specifically for the Client become the Client's property upon full payment. Our underlying methodologies, frameworks and pre-existing materials remain our property.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information disclosed during the engagement.

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the offer itself, market conditions and advertising platform policies. We do not guarantee specific revenue, return on ad spend or other results. Any figures shown on this website reflect past performance and are not a promise of future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or advertising account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms.

We do not provide services to businesses in industries prohibited by our payment processor or by applicable law, including but not limited to adult content, illegal substances, unlicensed financial services, weapons, and offers making unsubstantiated health or income claims. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement on these grounds. Services are not offered to individuals or entities located in countries subject to US sanctions or export restrictions.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement under the conditions set out in our Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that engagement.
